This may be a bizarre proposal, but I believe any U.S. citizen unhappy with living in this country should be offered $25K to leave and never return. Never return. Renounce their citizenship and go to whatever country will accept them. This would probably save billions in future support for these malcontents. Bye-bye.

In light of the current talk of amnesty and the possibility that many illegal immigrants from the south may acquire easy access to citizenship, I would make an exception to this deal.  They can relocate anywhere in the world OTHER THAN Mexico and Central America.
